The honour was conferred in the distinguished presence of Dr. Raj Bhushan Choudhary, Union Minister of State for Jal Shakti, Government of India; Jagat Guru Swami Sandeepani Ji Maharaj; Shri Shyam Jaju, National Vice President of the Bharatiya Janata Party; Justice Lok Pal Singh, former Judge of the High Court of Uttarakhand; Shri Ramesh Chandra Ratn; and Shri Janardan Singh Sigriwal, Member of Parliament.

A respected dental surgeon from Bhadrawati, Maharashtra, Dr. Hakke has dedicated nearly two decades to providing quality dental care and improving healthcare accessibility. Since beginning his professional journey in 2005, he has earned a reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate patient care through his establishment, Sai Oral & Dental Clinic, which serves patients from across the region.

One of his most notable achievements has been the introduction of the first OPG (Orthopantomogram) diagnostic facility in the Chandrapur and Gadchiroli districts, a milestone that significantly enhanced access to advanced dental diagnostics and treatment planning for thousands of patients.

An alumnus of the Government Dental College, Nagpur, Dr. Hakke's commitment to public welfare was shaped by his early exposure to healthcare challenges in rural India. Over the years, he has successfully treated hundreds of patients while continuously promoting awareness about oral health and preventive care.

Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Hakke is widely recognized for his humanitarian efforts. He actively supports HIV-positive children through various non-governmental organizations, contributes to the education of underprivileged children, and extends assistance to families affected by agrarian distress. His dedication to social service reflects a deep commitment to uplifting vulnerable sections of society.
