MOHINDER PRATAP SINGH the principal founder of SARDAR G MALAI CHAAP JUNCTION a pure vegetarian franchise chain of soya chaap and north indian cuisine. He is a mba in international business and started his journey with a small momos street staall 7 years back and today we are operating in 12 states of india and we are most strategically alligned brand with set SOP's and process defined scalability.
He started the journey with little dreams and hopes as he is a biker he used to ride to various citys of india and have tasted diffrent varities of food and india is connected through food to its root, we started with momos stall and then a small chinese cafe and eventually with the unconditional support of my family he started the brand SARDAR G MALAI CHAAP JUNCTION which is serving exclusive and most hygenically prepared soya chaap dishes to our customers since last 7 years and people are enjoying our hospitality and food in 12 states of india now.
Now he will be honoured by Desh Ratna Award 2024 on 21 November 2024 at New Delhi.
